Everything You Need to Know

WHAT TIME WILL YOU OPEN?

FOOTBALL
- RV check-in begins at 12:00 pm on Friday (NO sooner). We will send an email on Friday notifying our customers when the lot will be opening on Saturday for cars. You may continue parking on the lot until midnight on Sunday. Additional time for both RVs and cars can be made available upon request. We are a business parking lot and any auto or RV left on the lot on Monday morning will be towed off of the property. We are not responsible for any towing fees or possible damages that may occur while removing your auto. The customer will be fully responsible for all fees.

RVs are permitted to check-in between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm. If you are arriving outside of this time frame, you MUST contact us with your time of arrival. If you do not contact us and arrive outside of this time frame, you will not be permitted to park on the lot - even with a purchased pass.

BASEBALL & SPECIAL EVENTS
- You will receive an email on the day before your event notifying you when the lot will be opening. You may continue parking on the lot until midnight on the day of your event. If you have purchased a multi-day event pass, we will notify you via email with further parking instructions. All autos and RVs MUST park in designated areas as communicated by our parking staff, as our lot is also a business parking lot. If you park outside of the designated areas for your event, you will be towed off the property. We are not responsible for any towing fees or possible damages that may occur while removing your auto. The customer will be fully responsible for all fees.

CAN I PARK IN THE LOT ON FRIDAY IF I PURCHASED A CAR PASS?

Car passes are for SATURDAY ONLY. No overnight vehicles will be permitted in the lot, unless you purchased an RV (WITH auto) spot AND will be checking in your auto at the time of arrival with your RV.

CAN I BUY A HottyToddyParking.com PASS AT THE Ole Miss Box Office, OR THROUGH THE UNIVERSITY DIRECTLY?

NO. We are NOT affiliated with University of Mississippi. If you are interested in an on-campus parking pass, you will have to contact the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation.

WHERE IS THE PROPERTY LOCATED?

We are located at 307 W. Jackson Avenue - adjacent to the intersection of W. Jackson Avenue and Gertrude Ford Blvd./Molly Barr Road. You can look for the HottyToddyParking.com sign outside of the entrance at W. Jackson Avenue, as well as a Super Tan business on the lot. Our lot is located behind the Super Tan building

WHAT IS THE DISTANCE TO THE GROVE FROM YOUR LOT?

You can cross over at the intersection mentioned above either onto Gertrude Ford Blvd, or across the pedestrian bridge (Oxford Depot Trail) over Jackson Avenue. Walking through the parking lot behind the Inn at Ole Miss up to the Grove area is approximately 850’. The walk from our parking lot to the middle of the grove is approximately 6 - 7 minutes.

CAN WE TAILGATE ON THE PROPERTY FROM THE TRUNKS OF OUR CARS?

NO. For auto passes, any tailgating equipment (including but not limited to chairs, tables, tents, corn hole boards, etc.) will NOT be allowed on Saturday. If you want to tailgate in the lot, we recommend bringing an RV and purchasing an RV pass as we ensure space for RV customers to set up tailgating equipment.

DO YOU HAVE HOOK UP'S FOR RVs?

There are no hook up’s and there are no restrooms. RVs generators must have extension hoses at least 5ft – 8ft long.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS IF WE CAN'T COME?

There are NO refunds for any purchase.

DO SEASON PASS HOLDERS GET PRIORITY PARKING/SPECIFIC PARKING SPACES?

We do our best to accommodate all season pass holders, and park them in the front of the lot. However, we cannot guarantee you will get one of these spaces. Receiving a space at the front of the lot is dependent on your time of arrival. If you are in need of accessibility parking, please contact us prior to your arrival so we can save specific spaces for you ahead of time.

CAN RV PASS HOLDERS HAVE GUESTS IN THE LOT?

Yes, but they are not permitted to park in the lot. Car passes are for Saturday ONLY. No overnight vehicle parking will be allowed on Friday evening. This does not apply to RV (WITH auto) customers. If you have purchased an RV (WITH auto) pass, your vehicle is allowed to be parked in the lot on Friday night with your RV. Any vehicles on the lot on Friday after midnight that will be towed. We are not responsible for any towing fees or possible damage that may occur while removing your auto. The customer or guest will be fully responsible for all fees.

IF WE ARE TRAVELING WITH MULTIPLE RVs IN OUR PARTY, CAN WE PARK NEXT TO EACH OTHER?

We place RVs in spots as they arrive. If you want to be next to another RV in your party, you must arrive together. If you do not arrive together, we cannot guarantee you will be next to other RVs in your party.

HOW MANY VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED WITH AN RV (WITH auto) PASS?

Only ONE vehicle is allowed per RV (WITH auto) parking pass. Any extra vehicles in your party will need to purchase additional auto passes.

CAN I CHOOSE WHERE I PARK IN THE PARKING LOT?

We do our best to accommodate RV passes, however we cannot guarantee you will get the space you desire. We have limited space available for RVs, and you will need to park where the parking attendant instructs you to. RVs are parked in spots as they arrive. For all auto passes, you will not get to choose where you park. If you are in need of accessibility parking, please contact us prior to your arrival so we can save specific spaces for you ahead of time.

CAN I PURCHASE A PARKING PASS THE DAY OF THE GAME?

If our lot is not sold out, you will be able to purchase a parking pass the day of the game. Our lot accepts cash and cards - we do not accept any other form of payment. We will have signage in front of our parking lot letting customers who have not yet purchased a pass know if we are sold out or not; it will also be listed on our website on the booking page. Day of parking prices may be different from the price listed on the website.

DO YOU HAVE WI-FI?

No, our lot does not have wifi.
